Bruce Lee, President of Huawei consumer business product line, shared information about Huawei’s exclusive feature that will give more control to a user regarding their data privacy for the famous messaging app WeChat.

This feature will let the user protect their profile frame, user name, and screenshot. Thus, the third person isn’t able to recognize one’s profile and can’t contact them further. However, only Huawei smartphone users can apply this feature at present in China.

Lee further explained, while using WeChat, press the screen with two fingers, then select the chat privacy protection. It’ll automatically shade the profile information and let you hide it.

It’s surely a useful feature after Huawei App Lock, File Safe, and so on, that allows a user to protect the data of the device even when the device has been unlocked by some other person. Furthermore, the methods to use the protection features are also easy and convenient.
