We’re about to enter in 2021 and currently making our way through the last month of this year. In which, Huawei unveiled the new HarmonyOS 2.0 (Hongmeng OS 2.0) mobile beta for the developers and opened a path for the app ecosystem development.

Huawei has also progressed with the EMUI 11 rollout and completed a stable rollout for the flagship devices – Huawei P40, Mate 30, and MatePad Pro. The company also released the first EMUI 11 beta for Huawei P30, Mate 20, and Nova 5T devices.

In December, Huawei launched an array of new smart products including Huawei Vision smart TVs with pre-installed HarmonyOS alongside the in-car smart screen. Also, projecting new plans to step foot in the smart home industry by the first quarter of 2021.

In the midst of all of these new ventures, Huawei is continues to release new software updates monthly and quarterly. These bring new features, improvements, fixes, and security patches released for Huawei and Honor smartphones.
