EMUI 10 rollout for Huawei P30, Mate 20 series and Nova 5T in progress

Huawei P30, P30 Pro, Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 X, and Nova 5T are the top smartphones that started their EMUI 10 journey in China and is still expanding to different regions/markets.

Recently, these smartphones in Croatia, UK (limited), Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, and more started receiving EMUI 10. Additionally, Huawei Mate 20 Lite, P Smart + are also receiving this upgrade globally.

EMUI 10 has much to explore but there some key changes such as the new changes in the UX design including Magazine Style UI layout, Morandi Colors, Dark Mode, Golden Icons, New Animations, Improved privacy features.

The rollout for EMUI 10 has reached only a handful of devices and several models yet to receive the latest EMUI. Moreover, Huawei has also confirmed a list of devices that will receive the update later on.

Via Settings:

1. Open Settings
2. Click on ‘System’
3. Click on ‘Software update’
4. Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
5. Click on ‘Download and install’

Via HiCare:

1. Open HiCare app
2. Click on ‘Services’ tab
3. Click on ‘Update’
4. Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
5. Click on ‘Download and install’
