Breaking: Huawei Mate 20 Pro starts getting EMUI 10 update in Canada

It’s good news that mobile operators in Canada are sending the new OS upgrades to Huawei P30 and P30 Pro smartphone users but these aren’t the only devices chosen for the latest update. Because the Huawei Mate 20 Pro has also joined this updates party.

According to the information, networks including Rogers, Fido, Bell starts to rollout EMUI 10/Android 10 for Huawei Mate 20 Pro in Canada. Although we didn’t confirm the same news on other carriers but it seems like all of them have started the upgrade process.

The EMUI 10 for Huawei Mate 20 Pro drops with version 10.0.0.182 with 4.75GB package size and the update is rolling out in batches.

Via Settings:

1. Open Settings
2. Click on ‘System’
3. Click on ‘Software update’
4. Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
5. Click on ‘Download and install’

Via HiCare:

1. Open HiCare app
2. Click on ‘Services’ tab
3. Click on ‘Update’
4. Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
5. Click on ‘Download and install’
