Xiaomi 12X MIUI 13 update

Xiaomi 12X has begun collecting the latest Android 11 based MIUI 13 software update that comes with a bunch of new features. Adding to this, the update also brings improvements for both the OS and security of the device.

A new update for Xiaomi 12X can be identified with MIUI 13 build version V13.0.13.0.RKDCNXM and weighs around 4.0 Gigabytes. This update is released for Xiaomi 12X users in China.

By exploring the changelog, we have found that Xiaomi 12X update installs the January 2022 security patch that defends the device against threats. Further, it added Beautify for WeChat video calls and partial screenshots.

That’s not it, this update brings optimization for image quality, fingerprint unlocks, and a feature that allows ignoring accidental touch on the edges. Additionally, it includes fixes for floating windows froze, default themes were restored unexpectedly and the camera app issues to provide a better user experience.
