Huawei to launch an all-new PixLab inkjet printer

Huawei has recently launched a bunch of devices in the summer new product launch. Now it seems like the company is preparing to unveil some new handy stuff for its consumers. Yes! the Chinese tech maker will soon release a new Huawei PixLab Inkjet Printer.

As to the reports brought by the Weibo blogger – @kanshanuncle, Huawei will soon bring the PixLab inkjet printer to the consumer platform. It is also suggested that the upcoming printer has minor tweaks over its predecessor.

Previously, the Chinese firm introduced a multi-functional printer – PixLab X1 Laser. Although the printer was relatively easy to use, the fault of the gadget was that it only gave support to black and white printings.

Generally, laser printers use toners to print out. These toner comes in cartridges and needs to be bought separately. While exhibiting the black and white tones, the printing speed rate is fast and shows a better effect. However, to need color prints, the machine requires new ink cartridges or the addition of that particular color ink. Moreover, it works at a slow speed so that the color prints better.

Since the preceding printer was only capable of giving out black-white print results, the company is trying to bring more modish and advanced functions with the new one. According to the reports, the forthcoming PixLab inkjet printer is in expectation to equip with color ink cartridges.

Thus, users will be able to print out color pages, with a detailed and artistic definition. Besides, they will find more clear and more structured layouts in the output.

Huawei PixLab X1 Laser

Launched in September 2021, the Huawei PixLab X1 came with a pre-installed HarmonyOS system. It was able to operate several tasks in real-time. For instance, printing, copying, scanning, one-touch printing, remote printing, and more. Hence it carried the suffix “Multi-function” in its name.

On the other hand, users can print about 28 sheets per minute with the X1 laser printer. It also supports automatic double-sided printing, and all these functions are available at 1899 yuan only.
