Huawei P20 Pro receiving a massive EMUI 10.0.0.193 update [Global]

Once the best flagship phone – Huawei P20 Pro is now receiving a new software update with EMUI 10.0.0.193 version in the global market. This update brings a number of features and consists of two update packages to improve the entire user experience.

According to Huaweiblog, Huawei P20 Pro EMUI 10.0.0.193 update comes with an OTA package size of 775 megabytes and brings new features. Let’s take a look at the latest changes one by one. Starting the first package consists of the new Celia Voice assistant for voice interactions and speech recognition tasks. The first update package also includes April 2021 security patch and new apps:

1. Petal Search
2. Reader
3. Petal Maps
4. GameCenter,
5. Member Center
6. Link Now

Some of these apps only appear as a downloadable shortcut and you’ll just have to tap an icon to download that corresponding application.

Coming to the second package, the latest Huawei P20 Pro update brings security patches released in July 2021 for improved system security. That’s all the second update package adds to the device and including both security patches in the same package is a cherry on top.
