Huawei Nova 7 SE Lohas Edition November update

Huawei is sending a new software update for Nova 7 SE 5G Lohas Edition that mainly installs the security patch released in November 2021. This firmware update improves the system security by fixing different levels of CVEs found in the system.

According to information, the latest November 2021 software update for Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G Lohas Edition comes with HarmonyOS version 2.0.0.217 upgraded from 2.0.0.210. To be mentioned, this smartphone is only available in the Chinese market. The November 2021 HarmoyOS patch fixes  1 medium level of CVE in the system, 5 medium-level CVE fixed in the Kernel, 10 CVEs in the application, and 40 CVEs in third-party libraries.

Update steps:

There are two ways that you can download this latest software update, both of these areas the following:

VIA SETTINGS:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap on System & updates
  3. Tap Software update
  4. Tap Check for Updates
  5. Download and Install
  6. Install

After the installation and restart, we recommend you let the system optimize the new application so your device can run smoothly on further commands.

VIA MY HUAWEI APP:

You can also request this update via the Support app with the following instructions.

  1. Open the My Huawei app
  2. Tap on Update
  3. Download and Install
  4. Install

Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G Lohas Edition:

In early this year, Huawei has officially revealed another version of the Nova 7 SE smartphone, the Huawei Nova 7 SE Lohas Edition with a new Kirn 820E processor by replacing Kirin 820 5G.

This Nova 7 variant comes with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with FHD+ (1080 x 2400) resolution, pre-installed EMUI 10.1, 64MP quad rear camera system, 16MP selfie camera, and more.
