Barcelona – February 24, 2020: Huawei unveiled its latest foldable phone – Huawei Mate Xs to the global market, which houses many future technologies.

Richard Yu, Chief Executive Officer at Huawei Consumer Business Group

Huawei Mate Xs works as a 2-in-1 smartphone and tablet featuring a 6.6-inch flexible dual-display panel (folded). When unfolded, it transforms into an 8-inch tablet only 5.4 mm thick for more clarity and a bigger view.

The foldable display of Huawei Mate Xs relies on its “Hinge Mechanics” that holds the phone together and plays an important role to perform fold and unfold actions.

Both hinge and the display is improved compared to the first generation Huawei Mate X foldable phone.

Foldable display is not the only feature of the Mate Xs, as it also comes with Kirin 990 5G SoC. That provides seamless high-speed network connectivity to the users.

The large screen of Huawei Mate Xs allows users to do more productive tasks such as dragging images from their photo gallery to their emails in split-screen mode.

A flagship smartphone comes with flagship camera specs, that’s why Huawei Mate Xs offers 48MP Leica quad cameras that capture bright and colorful images.

From the software side, Huawei Mate Xs runs the latest EMUI 10 OS based on Android 10.

With its 4500mAh battery, Huawei Mate Xs can stay up for prolonged hours that recharges with a whopping 65W Huawei SuperCharge charging.
