HarmonyOS is Huawei’s self-developed operating system, which is HarmonyOS 2.0 mobile developer beta is going for the limited testing devices since last December. Recently, the company expanding this beta activity for more products of the different segments.

According to the latest news, Huawei has launched a dedicated website for HarmonyOS application development online experience for code developers. [Link]

The HarmonyOS 2.0 distributed application framework integrates the collaboration between complex devices into simple interfaces, services can be divided, combined, and transferred, realizing cross-device application collaboration.

On the website, developers can test and experience the “To-Do List” Demo online, learn about the “one-time development, multi-device deployment” feature of HarmonyOS, and experience the efficient and convenient development of HarmonyOS cross-device applications.

Additionally, if the HarmonyOS app developer wants to preview the big picture so they can click on the preview page to switch among views all to watch, mobile, and big screen.

Moreover, developers who accidentally correct the wrong file or click the wrong code can restore the original state by pressing “Reset” at the top right of the code page.

In December 2020, at HarmonyOS 2.0 smartphone developer beta event, Huawei proclaims that there is no need to re-develop different smart device applications. The HarmonyOS 2.0 breaks the boundaries of equipment and effectively utilizes a full-scale development toolchain to make full-scene device development.
