Huawei Enjoy 60 5G

Last month, we’ve seen the launch of Huawei Enjoy 60 but wait, today we’re witnessing a brand new Enjoy 60 smartphone but with 5G, using MediaTek Dimesity 700 chipset. This is quite amusing and there is plenty to explore here.

This new Huawei Enjoy 60 is unveiled by Chinese phone maker WIKO. It has no major changes in appearance or specs. However, the 5G network access and software might be the key elements that consumers are likely to find interesting.

MediaTek Dimesity 700:

Since we already know the 4G version, let’s talk about the 5G capability. It uses 7nm technology and has octa-core architecture. The chip consists of an ARM cortex-A76 core at up to 2.2GHz and an A55 core clocked at 2GHz.

The chipset supports LPDDR4x memory support and UFS 2.2 storage type. The graphics on this chipset are supported by Arm Mali-G57 GPU. Looking at its network capability, Enjoy 60 brings up 2G/3G/4G/5G SA and NSA modes.

Although, we’ve said that there aren’t any changes in the appearance but there’s one on the back and it’s related to the branding. Since the Huawei Enjoy 5G model is coming from the HarmonyOS ecosystem cadre, the phone is tagged with the WIKO logo instead of Huawei.
