The new HarmonyOS update for Mate 10, P20, and Mate RS Porsche Design can be identified with the HarmonyOS 2.0 version In order to download this update, the users of the following devices need to be updated with the latest version which is HarmonyOS

To be mentioned, this software update will arrive via OTA for the users running the latest HarmonyOS version in China. On the other hand, the confirmation about the HarmonyOS 2 rollout for the global P20 and Mate 10 is yet to come.

Huawei Mate 10 Pro is the company’s one of the oldest flagship smartphones with a bunch of premium offerings. This device has a slight change over the standard variant – Mate 10, which has the fingerprint scanner on the front, whereas the pro model equips it on the back.

The Mate 10 Pro comes with a 5.99 OLED display with 1260 x 1080 (FHD+) resolutions. It is powered by the Kirin 970 processor, which is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.

Huawei Mate 40 Series HM OS updates [Tracker]




Last October, Huawei launched its annual flagship series, Huawei Mate 40 with advanced hardware and software technology including a powerful Kirin 9000 processor, EMUI 11 operating system, 90Hz screen refresh rate, and more.

The Huawei Mate 40 series comes in four variants:

  • Huawei Mate 40
  • Huawei Mate 40 Pro
  • Huawei Mate 40 Pro+
  • Huawei Mate 40 RS Porsche Design
  • Huawei Mate 40E

Among these models, Huawei Mate 40 standard variant is equipped with Kirin 9000E processor, 50MP triple rear camera, 13MP selfie camera, 4200mAh battery, and more.

On the other hand, last December, Huawei began the HarmonyOS 2.0 developer beta testing program for limited devices including Mate 40 series smartphones, ahead of the official unveiling.
