Huawei Sound Joy first update

Huawei Sound Joy powered by HarmonyOS is the second smart speaker of the company, which was launched in November 2021. Now, Huawei is improving the system of Sound Joy Bluetooth speaker by releasing the first HarmonyOS firmware update.

According to Huaweiailesi, the first HarmonyOS update for Huawei Sound Joy comes with build version 5.0.3.0 (H100SP20C00). However, the new changelog reveals that this update improves the device stability and brings fixes for some known issues to provide a better user experience.

Currently, this firmware update is the initial stage of the rollout so it may take some time to reach you. While updating the speaker, please make sure that the battery level should be 20% and above. Also, the Bluetooth connection must be stable.

On the other hand, Huawei Sound Joy has recently been reviewed by DXOMARK and received 103 global scores. The test report reveals that it has a pretty sharp attack at nominal and soft volumes, decent distance performance, and more.
