Huawei is being funded by Chinese state security: CIA

Huawei has been trying to sell 5G technologies to Britain, and now a new accusation by the US intelligence claims that Huawei is being funded by Chinese state security.

According to the TheTimes UK, The US intelligence agency said to Britain that Huawei has taken money from the Chinese Army, China’s National Security Commission and a third branch of the Chinese state intelligence network.



Earlier this year, the US agency shared its claims with Britain and its partners in the Five Eyes intelligence alliance – Australia, New Zealand and Canada, with the UK, is ready to deploy its 5G network across the country.

Meanwhile, a Huawei representative told The Times, that it does not comment on unbiased allegation backed up by zero evidence from anonymous sources.
