Honor Magic 3 series gets new control center and other improvements

Honor Magic 3 Series is receiving a new software update, which comes with MagicOS version 7.0.0.140, this update installs a new control and notification center, as well as other system improvements. This update also contains a camera watermark on images.

For your information, this rollout is initiated for the following models

  • Honor Magic 3 (ELZ-AN00)
  • Honor Magic 3 Pro (ELZ-AN10)
  • Honor Magic 3 Ultimate Edition (ELZ-AN20)

Status Bar:

  • The control center function is added to realize the separation of control and notification. You can swipe from the top left of the desktop to activate the notification
  • The message, and swipe from the top right of the desktop to evoke the control center.

YOYO Suggestions:

  • The weather clock card supports transparent background, set the path: “Long press the weather clock card on the desktop -> edit the default sample Style -> Choose Weather Clock Transparent Style”.

Camera:

  • Added glory image frame and time and location watermark, experience path: “Camera->Settings->Watermark”.

Security:

  • Integrated with the Android July 2023 security patch to enhance system security.

The new control center and other improvements for Honor Magic 3 series are released in batches and may take some time to cover all of the users.
