Although, Huawei has kept HarmonyOS limited to the Chinese market but the fans expected that this new OS will eventually drop for the global users.

The HarmonyOS rollout is quite interesting and it has achieved great milestones in the entire process of upgrading the older variants. So, today let’s explore all of the HarmonyOS powered Huawei device list.

Before that let’s take a look at the HarmonyOS saga:

HarmonyOS:

Initially launched at Huawei Developer Conference (HDC) 2019, HarmonyOS is a multi-kernel operation system designed to work across different devices among the Huawei device ecosystem. This new software comes with a bunch of new features and it has distributed technology prowess.

However, the deployment of HarmonyOS in devices only took place initially on Smart Screen (smart TVs) that later became a major success in the Chinese market.

In 2020, Huawei finally introduced – HarmonyOS 2.0 during the HDC 2020 event. This time, HarmonyOS added an excessive amount of supporting platforms that will work in harmony with each other. These include tablets, smartwatches, smart car systems, IoT devices, and the much-awaited – Smartphones.

Moving on, Huawei started HarmonyOS Developer beta testing on smartphone devices, which raised high hopes among Huawei smartphone users. However, the most interesting event took place in June, when the Chinese tech maker announced the launch of HarmonyOS 2.0 for mobiles.

At the launch conference, Huawei showcased a massive roadmap that consist of new to “way too old” devices such as Mate 9 and P10. Talking about the progress, Huawei has already completed 150 million upgrades in the process.

Huawei HarmonyOS is better than Apple!

Yes, that’s right! Huawei’s self-developed operating system – Harmony is far better than Apple’s. Comparatively, HarmonyOS serves many gadgets, including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, smart TVs, smart cars, and more.

Meanwhile, Apple uses a separate operating system for every smart device. For instance, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and so on. This shows that HarmonyOS is quite efficient and is easily compatible with a variety of gadgets.

Moreover, Huawei is constantly making efforts to make the respective operating system bigger than Android and iOS. And it seems like we don’t have to wait much to catch such changes in the HarmonyOS ecosystem.
