Apple will launch M3 Apple Silicon powered Macs in October this year, reveals a well-known insider Mark Gurman in the latest Bloomberg newsletter.

According to the information, Apple is preparing to unveil iPhone 15 and Apple Watch Series 9, and the new Apple Watch Ultra in September. Up next, Apple has also scheduled the unveiling of the M3 iMac, M3 13-inch MacBook Air, and M3 MacBook Pro.

“While the development of the new iMacs — codenamed J433 and J434 — has reached a late stage, it’s not expected to go into mass production for at least three months. That means it won’t ship until the second half of the year at the earliest.”

It is reported that the M3 chip will come with improvements over M2 and it could be a 3NM chipset. Gurman has not revealed a specific date for the event but we’ll have to wait for more information on this matter.
