Monthly and Quarterly: March 2021 Huawei EMUI and Magic UI devices [List]

At Huawei Developer Conference 2020, Huawei has presented its latest EMUI 11 user interface with lots of improvements and new features. Alongside this, the company has also released the second version of its self-developed OS, HarmonyOS.

Aside from this, it was also reported that Huawei will debut one more version of EMUI before shifting its devices to HarmonyOS, EMUI 11.1. This build number will be the founding stone of HarmonyOS in the smartphone ecosystem.

However, the tentative date of the EMUI 11.1 launch is in March 2021 and it will bring HarmonyOS Kernal as the default Kernel. On the other hand, the company also working hard to complete the EMUI 11 beta process by the end of March or early April via delivering the stable version across the globe.

Besides major update, Huawei released monthly and quarterly security patches for its device that enhances the system security and boost overall device performance.

March 2021 security patch details: It fixes different levels of exploits and issues within Huawei phones including 2 critical, 13 medium, and 132 high levels of CVEs.
