Huawei MatePad Pro receiving a new EMUI update with system and other improvements

Introduced globally in February, Huawei MatePad Pro is the world’s first tablet that comes with a punch-hole display and 5G connectivity powered by Kirin 990 5G processor.

From the software side, the Huawei MatePad Pro runs the latest EMUI version – EMUI 10, based on Android 10. And now receiving new improvements with a new EMUI update.

A user on Reddit reported that Huawei MatePad Pro receiving a new update with a number of new improvements. Since the Huawei MatePad has not started to sell in the global market, this update remains exclusive to the Chinese users.

According to the changelog, this update for Huawei MatePad Pro brings app multiplier for 760 more Chinese apps, fixes issues with desktop mode, improves Multi-Window dock and also fixes an issue with the pre-installed input method would not work properly in some situations.

EMUI Versions:

This EMUI update is rolling out for both LTE and Wi-Fi version of Huawei MatePad Pro with EMUI version 10.0.1.165 from EMUI 10.0.1.151. The software package size of the update is 863MB.
