Huawei MateBook D 15 Ryzen Edition announced, pre-booking from February 27

Today, Huawei has officially announced the new model in MateBook D 15 series – Huawei MateBook D 15 Ryzen Edition. New information reveals that this MateBook product is equipped with Ryzen 5000 series processor and starts at a price of 4399 Yuan.

Also, the pre-booking of the new Huawei MateBook D 15 Ryzen Edition will be started on February 27, 2022, in China. At the moment, Huawei has not officially confirmed the processor version number.

But, it is reported that Huawei MateBook D 15 may be available with the updated version of the Ryzen 5000 series processor that could be R5 5625U and R7 5825U. However, more information is yet to come regarding the new model of MateBook.

Talking about the configuration, the R5 5625U has 6 cores and 12 threads, with a maximum of 4.3GHz.While the R7 5825U has 8 cores and 16 threads with a maximum frequency of 4.5GHz, which is higher than the frequency of the old models.

Huawei MateBook D 15 2022:

Huawei MateBook D 15 2022 features 15.6 inches IPS display with 1920 x 1080 resolution. This laptop comes with a 16:9 screen ratio, three-sided micro-frame design, 100% sRGB color gamut, and 300nit brightness.

The Matebook D 15 2o22 measures length 357.8mm, width 229.9mm, height 16.9mm and weighs 1.60 Kg. It is powered by an Intel 11th generation i5 and the i7 processor and has 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. It also has a camera and fingerprint recognition on the power button.

The MateBook D 15 packs with a 56Wh battery that supports a 65W Type-C adapter. In terms of connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 5.0/5.1, WiFi 6 but does not support LAN.
