According to the changelog, the Huawei Mate 50 series is receiving HarmonyOS 4.0 dev beta with version 220.127.116.11 (DEVC00E57R5P4). Also, the downloadable size is a 6.67GB package, which is similar to the P60 lineup.
Huawei’s latest HarmonyOS 4.0 Beta system allows users to experience the convenience and efficiency of application development. It is brought by the ArkTS language, Stage model, ArkUI enhanced components and multiple functions of DevEco Studio. Other than these, there isn’t anything else mentioned in the changelog. Yet, it does include some update notes explained below.
This update will not delete user data, but it is still recommended to make a data backup before updating.
