Huawei becomes the first brand to reach 40 million fans on Chinese e-commerce platform JD

Huawei has become the first brand to exceed 40 million fans (followers) on the Chinese eCommerce website – JD (Jingdong). This count is currently over 40.06 million on its official store page on the JD.

On this occasion and to the thank the fans, Huawei will hold an event on August 25 to give special gifts and discounts on its products through the website.

JD currently has a users base of over 300 million users and according to the eCommerce website, the growth in Huawei’s fans has grown rapidly in the past.

Alongside its subsidiary – Honor, Huawei stands as the most dominant company on online platforms in China. In Q2 2020, Huawei reached its highest ever share in China capturing 46% of sales volumes in the second quarter of 2020 with 14% YoY growth.
