HarmonyOS 2.0 public beta for Honor 20, 30, V20 and V30 will start this month

On July 12, Huawei has officially announced a list of 12 Honor devices, which are going to be a part of HarmonyOS 2.0 public beta testing in the next phase. According to information, the next public beta activity will start at end of this month.

To be mentioned, this will be the first batch of Honor devices to enter the HarmonyOS 2.0 public beta. For your information, this beta activity consisted of top models from the Honor 30, V30, 20, V20 series.

On June 23, Huawei began the HarmonyOS 2.0 beta recruitment for Honor devices including Honor 30, V30, 20, V20, Play 4 Pro, Magic 2, V6 tablet, and more. Post recruitment, the company has started delivering beta builds via OTA upgrade.

Moreover, Huawei has recently opened the HarmonyOS 2.0 beta testing pool for previous-generation Honor devices in China that are:

  • Honor 30S
  • Honor 30 Youth Edition
  • Honor X10
  • Honor X10 Max
  • Honor Play 4

Following the enrollment, Huawei will release beta versions for the registered beta testers and will bring a number of new features.
