First HarmonyOS powered air conditioner launched by Midea, comes with one touch smartphone connection system

HarmonyOS is Huawei’s self-developed distributed operating system, which is designed to provide seamless device connection in all scenarios. Currently, it has over 20 hardware manufacturers, 300 application partners, and more.

On April 27, Midea, a Chinese home appliance manufacturing company has revealed the steaming and grilling oven with inbuilt HarmonyOS on Vmall with a price tag of 1699 yuan (260 USD).

Now, according to the latest news, Midea has launched one more smart product with HarmonyOS, which is the first smart air conditioner with China Zun Hongmeng Art Cabinet design.

Additionally, it is reported that this smart AC powered by HarmonyOS offers two smart life experiences, touch and connect. It means that users don’t need to enter the router passcode, just use the NFC function on a smartphone to touch the air conditioner to establish a networking interface.

Adding to To perform network operations, control the air conditioner, and turn on the new experience of intelligent control of the air conditioner. Also, one-touch open the core function.

With the touch of the mobile phone and the air conditioner, you can turn on the air conditioner to experience excellent functions such as fresh air and no wind feeling, realizing the experience upgrade from passive control to the active response.

Previously, it was reported that Huawei and Midea Group with their collaboration launch a number of home appliances this year with inbuilt HarmonyOS that enhanced the user’s experience.
