EMUI 9.1 with EROFS, GPU Turbo 3.0 is now available for Honor 9N and View 10

Honor has rolled out the EMUI 9.1 version based on Android 9 Pie operating system for Honor 9N and Honor View 10 customers.

Here’s the list of eligible devices that will get the EMUI 10/Android 10 Q [Updated]

The EMUI 9.1 is built on top of Android 9 (Pie) and installs new user-friendly interface, new UI design, EROFS, new features including GPU Turbo 3.0, AI Assitant, AI Video Editor, Huawei Share, Wireless Projection and more.

You can manually download and install EMUI 9.1 without waiting for the OTA update.

Here we’ll guide you how you can upgrade to EMUI 9.1 through HiCare APP. Before you start, ensure your device has the latest version of HiCare app for a better experience.

Open HiCare APP, go to Me Section -> Settings ->Check for Updates to update the HiCare version. Alternatively, you can also go to Google Play Store to update the HiCare version.

Also, if you want to check for the update manually you can do this by following the instruction below: Go to Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates. If an update is available, it’ll ask if you want to download it.

Note: Sometimes it takes time to reach every smartphone – you can wait or you can reach to HiCare application for the latest software update.
