EMUI 11 beta opens for Huawei Nova 5T user in South East Asia

Huawei has announced EMUI 11 beta testing for Huawei Nova 5T in South East Asia starting from Indonesian users. This beta activity allows users to test the new EMUI 11 features. Following the registrations, Huawei Nova 5T users will receive the beta update and soon, Huawei will expand the beta in other markets as well.

Previously, Huawei initiated the EMUI 11 beta testing for Nova 5T users in Europe and it is reported that the stable EMUI 11 version will arrive in the first half of 2021. Alongside this, Huawei also opens the EMUI 11 testing for Huawei P30 and Mate 20 series.

Last month, Huawei kicked off a new software update for the Nova 5T in Indonesia, which offers the new VoLTE calling feature that has up to three times more voice and data capacity than older 3G and up to six times more than 2G.

The new EMUI 11 brings smarts always-on-display (AOD), multi-window, smoother animation, subtle effects, MeeTime, super notepad, system translation, lasting smoothness, undisturbed screen protection, and much more.

  • Start the Beta app
  • Log in with Huawei ID
  • Select Personal
  • Click on Join Project
  • Click on Available Project
  • If the project is available, select the project
  • Read project details and sign up
