Huawei Nova 3i grabbing the October 2020 security update in Egypt

Last month, Huawei has released October 2020 security update for Huawei Nova 3i users in Europe that improves the system security and enhances the overall device performance for a better user experience.

Now, Huawei is expanding the same update for Huawei Nova 3i users in Egypt. This update brings the security patch released in October 2020, which comes with improvements for system security.

WHAT’S NEW IN THIS UPDATE:

Security: Installs October 2020 security patch that improves system security and fixes the different levels of exploits and issues including 21 high-levels and 1 medium level of CVE’s.

On the other hand, Huawei Nova 3i users are running on EMUI 9.1. Users will be happier if this old phone gets EMUI 10 upgrades. This latest update comes with EMUI 9.1 version 9.1.0.325 with an update size of 121 MB.

UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS:

Download via Settings:

• Open Settings
• Click on the System & updates
• Open Software update
• Tap on Check for updates option
• If an update is available, click on Download and install
• After installation Reboot the device

Download via Support app:

• Open the Support app on your device
• Go to the Service tab
• Click on the update button
• Tap on Check for update option
• If an update is available, click on Download and install
• After installation Reboot the device
