Display and system improvements rolling out for Huawei Nova 8 Pro
Last December, Huawei revealed the new models in the Nova family, Nova 8 and Nova 8 Pro with the latest hardware and software technology as well as comes with 5G capabilities.
Huawei Nova 8 Pro smartphones feature a 6.7 inch OLED display with 2676 x 1236p FHD+ resolution, 7nm Kirin 985 processor, EMUI 11, 120Hz screen refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, 64MP main camera, 32MP selfie camera, 4000mAh battery, and more.
Following the launch, Huawei released the software update for Nova 8 series phones that brought optimizations for camera effect, fingerprint unlocking, system stability as well as December 2020 security patch.
For further improvements, Huawei has begun sending the new firmware update for Nova 8 Pro users. This update brings the optimization for system stability and improves the display interface.
On the other hand, the Nova 8 users already grabbed these displays and the system improvements that enhance the user experience and overall device performance.

New Version:
- Huawei Nova 8 Pro receiving EMUI 11 version 11.0.0.128 upgraded from 11.0.0.121.

- The update is rolling out in batches, so it may take some time/days to reach your device.
- The update will not erase any data.
- Keep enough storage on your device.
HOW TO UPDATE:
Download via Settings:
- Open Settings
- Click on the System/System & updates
- Open Software update
- Tap on Check for updates option
- If an update is available, click on Download and install
- After installation Reboot the device
Download via Support app:
- Open the Support app on your device
- Go to the Service tab
- Click on the update button
- Tap on Check for update option
- If an update is available, click on Download and install
- After installation Reboot the device
