Huawei has begun releasing a new software update for Huawei Nova 8 SE smartphone. This update mainly improves the system security via installing the January 2021 security patch.

Last November, Huawei launched the Nova 8 SE smartphone in China with two different hardware configurations. It offers a 6.53-inch display with 2400 x 1080 resolution, EMUI 10.1, MediaTek Dimensity 720/800U processor, 64MP rear camera, 16MP selfie camera, 3800mAh battery, and more.

On the other hand, it was noted that Huawei is taking good care of these new launch phones and releasing back-to-back software update with several fixes and optimizations.

In the last update, Huawei improves the Nova 8 SE systems security by delivering a December 2020 security update, which fixes 1 critical and 11 high level of CVEs.
