Display and system improvements rolling out for Huawei Mate 40 Pro and RS devices

Huawei has started releasing new software for the Huawei Mate 40 series, which comes with improvements for lock screen and optimizes system stability for a better user experience.
The previous Huawei Mate 40 series update brought the new smart multi-window mode, new art theme, optimizations for Huawei Wallet, and system stability.
Aside from this, DXOMARK has released the smartphone camera ranking report in which the Huawei Mate 40 Pro+ secures the top position with 139 points, followed by Mate 40 Pro with 136 points.

Huawei Mate 40 Pro, Pro+, and RS smartphones getting the new EMUI 11 version 11.0.0.150 SP3 upgraded from 11.0.0.135.
What’s New:
[Display] Fixes the issue of an abnormal display of lock screen notifications in some scenes.
[System] Optimizes system stability.

- Currently, this update is rolling out in China.
- The update is rolling out in batches so it may take some time/days to reach your device.
- The update will not erase any data.
HOW TO UPDATE HUAWEI MATE 40 SERIES:
Download via Settings:
- Open Settings
- Click on the System & updates
- Open Software update
- Tap on Check for updates option
- If an update is available, click on Download and install
- After installation Reboot the device
Download via Support app:
- Open the Support app on your device
- Go to the Service tab
- Click on the update button
- Tap on Check for update option
- If an update is available, click on Download and install
- After installation Reboot the device
