Huawei has begun sending a new software update for Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G. This latest update installs the security patch released in December 2020 that enhances the system security and overall device performance.
Recently, Huawei delivered the December 2020 security patch for Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G Vitality Edition, which the renewed version Nova 7 SE. This security update fixes the different levels of exploits and issues to improve system security.
Aside from this, Huawei has launched another refurbished version of Nova 7 SE, Huawei Nova 7 SE Lohas Edition on January 22. This phone equipped with Kirin 820E instead of the Kirin 820G processor and the rest of the specifications is similar to of existing Nova 7 SE.

HOW TO UPDATE:
To download this update manually, go to Settings then System & updates, then open Software update, from here select Check for updates. If an update is available it’ll pop-up on your phone and an option of Download and install will appear. Press the option and start to download.
Alternatively, you can also request software updates through the Support app. To do this, open the Support app, go to the Service tab on the bottom bar, tap on the update, then select Check for updates and then download and install.
