Latest 11.0.14.89 beta update released for Huawei Watch GT 2 46mm

Huawei has just released December 2021 software update for the Watch GT 2 46mm. At the time same, the company has also dispatched the 11.0.14.89 beta update for Huawei Watch GT 2 (46mm) Chinese variant.

According to the information, Huawei Watch GT 2 46mm 11.0.14.89 beta update brings system stability optimizations that help the device to run more stable. Aside from this, the changelog doesn’t have much to show and has not mentioned any other changes made to the system.

Huawei Watch GT 2 (42mm) Public beta:

Last week, the Chinese tech maker has released the public beta for Watch GT 2 42mm that brought supports for a more third-party app from AppGallery, added a new lock screen feature, sunrise, sunset displays, and more exercise monitoring. Also, it included improvements for the menstrual cycle function, you can manually record the cycle through the watch.

Steps to update:

• Users can download this update through Huawei Health App.
• Just open the application and tap on the devices option
• Select “Huawei  Watch GT 2” there.
• Afterward, you have to select the latest update
• Follow the further procedure to install this firmware

Things to keep in mind:

• Do not disconnect the Bluetooth connection during the update. 
• If the update fails, try again.
• It may take a while to update the wearable. 
• Wait until the progress indicator on the device indicates the end of the process.
• If you have problems using the device, call the Huawei customer service line or visit a Huawei customer service center.
