Xiaomi HyperOS Eligible Devices – Expected [List]

Xiaomi on October 17 announced its brand new operating system – HyperOS, with this new software, the Chinese tech company is looking to improve the smart user experience for eligible devices. For that, Xiaomi will gradually move out from the era of MIUI.

The new HyperOS could improve speed, efficiency, animations, and interactions as compared to MIUI. However, you may find some familiarities between MIUI and HyperOS interface. Talking about the smart experience, Xiaomi CEO and Founder, Lei Jun said that this is an all-in-one operating system.

Simply put, this new software will bring seamless connection between smartphones, smart cars, and smart home devices. That’s an important aspect of HyperOS to provide an interconnected user experience.

Xiaomi Global VP said that this software will also make its way to the global users and there’s a huge list of old smartphones ready to install it. But it may take some time, maybe around the end of this year or in 2024.

But there will be new information about the HyperOS at the upcoming Xiaomi 14 series launch event. At the conference, Xiaomi will also share details about HyperOS eligible devices and features.

However, there’s an expected list of models that we can speculate to receive the next major software upgrade over HyperOS. To be mentioned, all of these models are based on their past update cycles and launch dates.
