According to Wabetainfo, WhatsApp has started to roll out the Chat Migration feature on iOS devices that is compatible with the WhatsApp iOS version 2.21.160.16. This new WhatsApp will install the Move Chats to Android option, that’ll help you in the chat migration. The iPhone holders can check this new feature following the below-mentioned steps:

  • Open your WhatsApp account on the device
  • Go to the WhatsApp Settings on iOS
  • Tap on the Chats
  • If you see the Move Chats To Android option, it means it has been enabled on your device

WhatsApp Chat Migration From iOS to Android

Prior to this, the chat transfer methods from iOS to Android are also revealed. As per the info, after starting the procedure, the user can’t step back or won’t be able to transfer the history either.

Just tap on the start button > confirm >wait for the device to prepare, after finding you can set your Android device to use WhatsApp with all your previous chats. Don’t forget to keep your iPhone unlocked and open the app during the entire process.
