Honor X10 Max users are receiving a HarmonyOS 2.0.0.212 update that mainly installs the security patch released in November 2021. This update increases device security by fixing different levels of exploits and issues found in the system.

The latest 2.0.0.212 update for Honor X10 Max is grabbing HarmonyOS version 2.0.0.212. Well, the November patch fixes 1 CVE in the system, 5 CVEs fixed in the Kernel, 10 CVEs are fixed in the application as well as 40 CVEs in the third party library.

HOW TO UPDATE:

Download via Settings:

  • Open Settings
  • Click on the System & Updates
  • Open Software update
  • Tap on Check for updates option
  • If an update is available, click on Download and install
  • After installation Reboot the device

Download via My Huawei app:

  • Open the My Huawei app on your device
  • Go to the Update
  • Follow the on-screen instructions

Honor X10 Max:

The Honor X10 Max smartphone was launched on 2nd July 2020. The phone comes with a 7.09-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080×2280 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800 processor and equipped with 8GB of RAM, 5000mAh non-removable battery.

The Honor X10 Max supports proprietary fast charging and on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel camera as well as autofocus. While the front side has an 8-megapixel camera for selfies.
