New 2.0.0.220 firmware update making its way to Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8

Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8 inch tablet is receiving a new HarmonyOS 2 software update that comes with version 2.0.0.220 from 2.0.0.217 in China. According to the information, this latest firmware added a new cross-device task management function to the task center.

With a cross-device task management function, you can view and use the historical tasks of the same Huawei ID device, and perform tasks management operations such as mutual transmission and more. [Full changelog below]

Task Center: New cross-device task management function in the task center (slide from the bottom of the screen to enter the short pause), you can view and use the historical tasks of the same Huawei ID device (requires support for the task center), and perform tasks Management operations such as mutual transmission.

HOW TO CHECK FOR UPDATE:

To download this update manually, go to Settings then System & updates, then open Software update, from here select Check for updates. If an update is available it’ll pop up on your phone and an option of Download and install will appear. Press the option and start to download.

You can also request software updates through the My Huawei app. To do this, open the My Huawei app, tap on the update, then select Check for updates, and then download and install.

Huawei MatePad Pro is the latest generation of flagship tablet from Huawei which comes with a bunch of high-end features. It sports a 10.8 inch OLED display with a 90% screen-to-body ratio and 2560 x 1600 resolutions.
