MediaTek Dimensity 9300 to launch in October with TSMC’s N4P process

Tipster DigitalChatStation revealed that the next MediaTek flagship chipset – Dimensity 9300 could launch in October. It is using TSMC’s N4P chipset processing technology. Also, it will be the first chipset to support 9.6 Gbps LPDDR5T memory for faster transfer rates.

According to the tipster, MediaTek Dimensity 9300 to equip octa-core architecture and it has 4 large cores and 4 A720 cores. The chip will use G720 GPU.

Among them, the CPU frequency is tentatively set at a minimum of 3.0GHz for the X4 super-large core, and 2.0GHz for the A720 large-core, and will eventually be adjusted according to the landing frequency of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
