Huawei Watch GT 4 received a Bluetooth certificate, which hints that the company is now in the final stages of launching a new smartwatch for customers. The company has registered four models of the upcoming smartwatch including the following:
- Huawei Watch GT 4 (PNX-B19)
- Huawei Watch H5546 (PNX-B19B)
- Huawei Qingyun H5546 (PNX-B19B)
- Huawei Watch GT 4 (AR-B19)
All of these smartwatches are using Bluetooth 5.2 technologies, which is good to maintain power consumption. Aside from Huawei Watch GT 4, the company has registered two other wearables – Watch H5546 (PNX-B19B) and Qingyun H5546 (PNX-B19B). The former has no identity at the moment but the latter is a commercial wearable.
The certificate also reveals that the Watch GT 4 will equip HarmonyOS 4 operating system out of the box. The listed firmware version is 184.108.40.206 (SP1C00M00). Huawei recently introduced this new software for its smart device ecosystem. It brings brand new watch faces for all of the smartwatches including the refreshed touch interactions.
Therefore, we could also expect the new watch to bring new animations as well as a live window feature with full fledge access to its new capabilities.
Other than these, Huawei these certificate doesn’t have any other details about the design or any other specifications. Although Huawei has not announced the launch date smartwatch but we expect the company to unveil it along with the Huawei Mate 60 series.
This would be the best occasion to flaunt this new wearable for the customers and give it a perfect promotion with its latest technologies. However, we’ll wait for an official confirmation on this matter.
