Huawei P30 Lite HarmonyOS testing begins in China, that’s something good

Huawei P30 Lite HarmonyOS testing:

Huawei has begun HarmonyOS 2 beta testing on the Nova 4e, which is the Chinese version of Huawei P30 Lite. Overall, it’s very good news for the users as they can confirm that the phone will also be getting an OS upgrade.

According to the information, the Huawei P30 Lite Chinese version received the first HarmonyOS 2 closed beta with HarmonyOS software version 2.0.0.137 upgrading from EMUI 10.0 version 10.0.0.168.

The latest software push brings a number of new features in the user interface and installs new features such as new icons, control panel, service center, new gestures as well as other important changes to signify the user experience.

Still, HarmonyOS 2 rollout remains limited to the Chinese models, and Huawei is yet to confirm a rollout plan for the global devices. However, fans are eagerly waiting to upgrade over HarmonyOS operating system along with its new features.

Runs EMUI 10:

Huawei P30 Lite currently runs EMUI 10.0 software and is eligible for quarterly security patches for improved system security. Previously, Huawei rolled out a software update that brings brought a number of new features and apps including Petal Map, Celia AI Assistant, and Petal Search apps for the P30 Lite.
