Last September, Huawei started testing several devices for its latest mobile software skin, EMUI 11. To date, the company has concluded the custom skin evaluation on most of the eligible devices by sending the stable EMUI 11 version.

Talking about Nova 7 series, it was launched in three variants including Nova 7, Nova 7 Pro, and Nova 7 SE. These smartphones were initially released with EMUI 10.1 and eligible for further major upgrades.

Moving on, Huawei enrolled the Nova 7 and Nova 7 Pro smartphones for EMUI 11 beta program in the second batch. After sending three betas versions, the company rolled out the stable EMUI 11.

Point to be noted, alongside Nova 7 and nova 7 Pro, Huawei has not announced the EMUI 11 beta trials for Nova 7 SE. However, this smartphone is compatible to run EMUI 11 and users are still waiting to experience the latest user interface offered by this EMUI build.

For further improvements, the company releases monthly security updates that enhance system security and help the smartphone to fight against threads, and boost the overall device performance.

It’s been a long time, Huawei has not made any announcement regarding the EMUI 11 for Nova 7 SE in China as well as for global models. As recently, the Huawei Philippines support team has responded on this matter and informed that the Huawei Nova 7 SE will get EMUI 11 update. However, the support team didn’t disclose any specific date about the rollout.

Related to this, Huawei Nova 7i users are also in the queue to get confirmation on the EMUI 11 rollout but there’s more information that is required on this matter. On the other hand, more devices are awaiting their slots on the EMUI 11 ride.

Stay tuned for further developments.
