Huawei has started to rollout the EMUI 10.1 beta for Huawei Nova 6 series and MediaPad M6 series tablet users in China, that have registered in the recruitment started from March 31 to April 6.

EMUI 10.1 Versions:
- Huawei Nova 6 and Nova 6 5G receiving EMUI 10.1.0.75 upgrading from EMUI 10.1.0.75.
- Huawei Nova 6 SE receiving EMUI 10.1.0.76 upgrading from EMUI 10.0.1.160.
- Huawei MediaPad M6 series getting EMUI 10.1.0.116 upgrading from 10.0.0.220 and 223.
Beta changes for Huawei Nova 6 and MediaPad M6 series:
Huawei Nova 6 and Nova 6 5G receiving the following new features, while the Nova 6 SE only receives the screen-sharing and cross-device gallery feature as well as Huawei MediaPad M6. As more features may roll out in the next updates.
The Multi-Screen Collaboration allows you to connect the phone to your laptop. Once connected, the phone screen will automatically pop up on the laptop. You can then easily check your content of your phone using a larger screen.
During a call, you can share your screen and doodle on it for both parties to convey messages with each other even more effectively. For example, show your parents how to use their phone by talking to them while operating on your phone. When discussing with your colleagues and customers over a call, you can demonstrate your idea and make notes on the screen.
Gallery now aggregates all media saved across Huawei smartphones and tablets running EMUI 10.1 that are connected to the same Wi-Fi AP network and logged in under the same Huawei ID. The search feature covers all aggregated media for users to easily find the photo or video that they are looking for, no matter on which device it is saved.
Answer phone calls through PC:
Phone calls received can now be directly answered by Huawei PC without touching your phone to make the calling easy.
