A week ago, Huawei began to rollout September 2021 security update for the Huawei Nova 5T consumers. Now, it’s expanding for the global users of the device and has the same EMUI version and package size of 174 MB.

If you receive Huawei Nova 5T September 2021 security improvements then it’s recommended for you to download the latest patch via an OTA update. On the other hand, phone users are expected to get a major software upgrade. Still, it’s not decided when or what is decided for the Nova 5T in the near future.

How to download the Nova 5T:

Download the latest Huawei Nova 5T update via Settings. To do this, open system settings, visit System & updates, thereafter, the users will have to push “Check for updates” followed by the corresponding update check. If an update is available, you can click “Download and Install”.

However, you must remember to keep a backup of your data to prevent the loss of important files on your device. Furthermore, keep an adequate level of battery backup on your phone to prevent battery outage during the installation. Once started, it may take some time to process the update and install it on the device.

The Huawei Nova 5T comes with a 6.26-inch LCD display with full HD+ resolution 2340x 1080 pixels to provide a full view viewing experience. Huawei Nova 5T equips 48MP f/1.8 aperture main camera, 16MP f/2.2 aperture fixed camera, 2MP f/2.4 aperture fixed camera, 2MP f/2.4 aperture fixed focus camera. The front-facing camera of the phone supports 32MP f/2.0 aperture selfie camera with a fixed focal length.

The Huawei Nova 5T packs a 3750mAh battery with a 22.5W SuperCharge technology. The phone is powered by 7nm Kirin 980 octa-core processor with Mali-G76 GPU and dual NPUs.

The Nova 5T has EMUI 9.1 pre-installed and upgradable up to EMUI 11. Its Chinese counterpart is eligible to upgrade over HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system but its availability.
