Huawei Maimang 9, Enjoy 9e and Enjoy 20 5G starts receiving December 2020 security update

Huawei has kicked off the new firmware update for Huawei Maimang 9, Enjoy 20 5G and Enjoy 9e. This update comes with security improvements released in December 2020 that fixes 1 critical and 11 high levels of CVE’s.

To be mentioned, last year in September, Huawei has launched Enjoy 20 and 20 Plus in-built with 5G capabilities, MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor, EMUI 10.1, and more.

Aside from this, the Enjoy 9e device was initially released with EMUI 9 and currently running on EMUI 9.1. However, it is not eligible for further major upgrades but the company is still delivering regular security patches for this old phone.
