Huawei hiring massive global talent for different divisions [Check Recruitment Details]

Huawei officially announced the global recruitment of 2022 fresh graduates on its official recruitment website. As per the info, the recruitment categories include R&D, sales, finance, service, supply chain, business support, human resource, legal affairs, and auditing in 9 major sectors.

The students who are interested in one of the above subjects and want to pursue their career in China can register by sending their resumes and positions on the Huawei recruitment website (more info here).

If the resume got cleared, then those select students will receive an interview invitation before the job fair. The interview process is different for R&D and non-R&D basis. The recruitment process includes:

For the R&D field:

For non-R&D field:

The company is aiming to get freshly graduated students from domestic universities between January 2022 and December 2022. And for international students who are graduated in foreign countries between January 2021 to December 31, 2022.

The locations where these students will be placed include Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Xi’an, Chengdu, Dongguan (Songshan Lake), Suzhou, and more.

Huawei’s focus on R&D 

Huawei has been long focused on the research and development area and the company focuses on new innovations and technologies to be invented. In the recent report of Strategy Analytics, it is believed that the R&D skill will help Huawei to survive.
