Huawei HarmonyOS automobile operating system is redefining the vehicle OS: CITIC Securities



HarmonyOS is a micro-kernel-based operating system, designed by Huawei to deliver a cross-platform user experience across different platforms and smart automobiles are one of them.

The company is also increasing the number of applications for the HarmonyOS in-car software ecosystem, which are in double digits for the instance. According to the latest report derived by the CITIC Securities Research, the keenness of automobile operating system getting more and more polished, and Huawei made a great contribution in it.

Unlike them, Huawei HarmonyOS excels in safety measurement and received the ASIL-D certification in the industry and redefining the Vehicle OS with new standards. Adding to this, the Huawei HiCar System, which assures the smart, strong, and stable interaction between the car, smartphone, and user.
