Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus March 2022 update

Huawei has pushed off a new software update for Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus 5G smartphone that install the March 2022 HarmonyOS security patch for better system security. However, this update comes with the latest HarmonyOS version 2.0.0.222 updated from 2.0.0.221.

As per the information, Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus 5G’s March 2022 update fixes different levels of exploits and issues that include 2 CVEs from the framework, 8 CVEs from the system, and the rest of 35 CVEs were resolved in third-party libraries.

On the other hand, Huawei has sped up the rollout of the March 2022 security update for HarmonyOS and EMUI devices. As of now, Huawei Enjoy Z and Enjoy 20 Pro 5G has grabbed this latest security update.

  • Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus 5G (FRL-AN00a)
  • Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus 5G (FRL-TN00)

Yes! this update doesn’t bring any other improvements besides system security and privacy enhancement. To stay safe from threats, we recommend you download and install the March 2022 security update.

This update is rolling out in batches and takes at least two-three weeks to cover all devices. In the meantime, you can manually check the update by visiting the phone’s settings followed by system & updates and software updates. From here, tap on CHECK FOR UPDATES and wait for the phone to get the latest update for you.

Once you got the update, hit the download and install button. Until the process completes automatically, don’t forcefully shut down the phone.
