Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus update

Huawei has begun rolling out HarmonyOS security update released in November 2021 for Enjoy 20 Plus 5G smartphone. This latest firmware improves the smartphone security by fixing several new bugs and vulnerabilities found in the latest software build.

Aside from the security improvements, the November 2021 update for Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus 5G doen’t includes any other changes or optimizations for the system. Well, this security patch fixes  1 CVE in the system, 5 CVEs in Kernel,10 CVEs in the application, and 40 CVEs in the third-party library.

New software update details:

  • New Version: Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus 5G smartphone receiving HarmonyOS 2.0.0.212 from 2.0.0.210
  • Changelog: Installs the security patch released in November 2021 for improved mobile security.

Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus 5G:

Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus powered by MediaTek Dimensity 720 (MT6853) SoC, comes with EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10 and has a 6.63-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) display with 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. This phone packs with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of standard internal storage. There is the triple rear camera setup that includes a 48MP+8MP+2MP and for selfies, the phone comes with a 16MP front camera iwth an f/2.2 lens.

It supporst microSD card support (up to 256GB). Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port. Lastly, the phone packs a 4,200mAh battery that supports 40W fast charging.
