Huawei 5GtoB solution will light up 1000 smart factories to boast new power in the industry

Huawei has announced the arrangement to establishes about 1,000 smart factories under the Huawei 5GtoB solution at the 5G Smart Manufacturing Summit, which was held in Shenzhen on May 8th, 2021.

Elaborating the plan, Ding Yun, Executive Director of Huawei Technologies and President of Carrier BG, addresses the 5GtoB Accelerating Digital Intelligence Transformation in Manufacturing Industry. This tech firm is determined to light up about 1,000 factories under the first year of 5GtoB large-scale commercialization.

He throws the light on the evolution of the 5G network technology saying that it comes far away than just a communication technology. It has been covering the flexible production line, remote control crane, machine vision, and AGV collaboration, which has been commercialized in multiple factories.

It’s not been hidden from anyone that China made a great contribution in the development of the 5G wireless network and gives its priority to the  “5G+ Industrial Internet”.  At the same time, the Chinese government is taking strict action in this field.

As per the statics collects by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, there are more than 1,100 “5G+ Industrial Internet” projects are developing currently. This project line carries 22 industries, including cement, automobiles, petrochemical, steel, mining, and oil fields.
