Honor 9X series, Honor 10, Play, V10 announced to receive Ark Compiler [Updated]

During the Huawei Developer Conference 2019, Huawei announced more details about the Ark Compiler and the promised to expand it to more devices in China.

Honor has announced that Honor 9X, 9X Pro, Honor Play, Honor 10, Honor Note 10 and Honor V10 will be upgraded with Ark Compiler but yet to announce the rollout date.

According to Huawei, the Ark Compiler is a software compiler solution that was introduced with EMUI 9.1 and improves Android system operation fluency by 24%, response speed by 44%, and the smoothness of the third-party application up to 60%.

The Ark Compiler comes pre-installed in Honor 20, Honor 20 Pro. Also, the company has installed Ark Compiler on Magic 2 and Huawei V20 through an update, which is the same process that will be followed for new devices.
