August 2021 wearable patch details

Back in June, Huawei unveiled the first set of HarmonyOS powered devices that come with various new features as well as a brand new user experience powered by the latest UI and UX combination.

The HarmonyOS runs on the concept of cross-device user experience and enables a lot of possibilities for seamless connection in different devices platforms.

The simplicity of HarmonyOS doesn’t run out here because it also comes in Huawei smart wearables. Hence, the Huawei Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro are the first to come with a pre-installed HarmonyOS 2 software system.

With the arrival of HarmonyOS, Huawei has also made its own security program for the HarmonyOS smart device ecosystem. Similar to the EMUI software rollout program, these patches are described to be released for monthly and quarterly eligible devices.

August 2021 eligible wearable devices:

  1. Watch series – Huawei Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro

Still, there are no quarter security updates available on this matter.
